I primarily use Brainspotting and talk therapy to help you process and release the root cause of your trauma, depression, anxiety, etc. I also weave in skill building using techniques you may have already heard of such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Often, I utilize other brain/body-based techniques such as Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) as well.  I believe therapy is important for everyone and even attend therapy myself.
